Who supplies powerful and the most modern weaponry, arms and ammunition to terror groups? Is it such a clandestine and untraceable activity for the superpowers and G8s and G20s to track and find that out? The manufacturers and buyers are known, the transaction of money trail can be picked up. Then what's stopping these powers to block these channels other than vested interests?
