The anointment ceremony of Jama Masjid Shahi Imam's son as the Naib Imam was "illegal" and has no legal sanctity. There is no provision under the Wakf Act for hereditary appointment of the Imam.
Hum nahi kah rahe, Wakf board khud kah raha hai aur wo bhi High Court ko.
Imam Sahib famously said “What has Modi done for the Muslims of the country?”
Not too sure about that Imam Sahib but you aren’t doing any good to them either. The law will have the final say and of course the last laugh.
